2. Complimentary Clothing Bag
- To support sustainable practices and keep garments protected, every order from Thready or Knot includes a complimentary, industry-standard clothing bag.
- This bag is provided "as-is" at no extra cost to the customer. Thready or Knot makes no separate warranties regarding the long-term durability of the bag beyond its standard commercial use for transit and storage.
3. Shipping & Delivery (Including Rural Alaska)
- We proudly ship across Alaska, including to rural and off-road communities via USPS or regional carriers.
- Delivery Timelines: While we process orders promptly, delivery times to rural areas are highly dependent on weather conditions, flight schedules, and carrier limitations. Thready or Knot is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather or regional transit disruptions.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring a valid, carrier-deliverable mailing or P.O. Box address is provided.
4. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Alaska state law, Thready or Knot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the purchase of our items, or the use of our complimentary clothing bags.
